For a dairy man, the work day begins early. For in rural aresas, it seems, no matter what kind of farmer you are - field, orchard, or livestock - you still keep a couple of cows. And each morning you leave a canister out by the mailbox for the dairy to pick up. Some of the milk you sell for profit, some you keep for family use.
